Saw a post and now I’m anxious again

Saw someone say they went in for their first scan and their baby stopped growing 😪 only thing they noticed was bloat going away

I had pink discharge on Friday. And my bloat has been less sunday and today. Should I be worried? Should I get an appointment with my doc? I had a miscarriage in June. I had bleeding to lead me to the er and that’s how we found out at 7 weeks that baby had stopped growing at 5.

Currently 8weeks but saw baby at 7 and even heard heartbeat but I’m such a mess with these intrusive thoughts and posts that trigger me 🥺
