I deleted all social media
Honestly I made the decision to delete all social media except for apps like glow and other health related apps. I need glow to help me keep track of things. But I made the decision because I had realized how glued we are as a society to our phones and it’s become depressing to realize that is somes reality. I will not let my phone or screen if any sort no longer control my life
