Not sure what to think

So here’s the situation:

I’m 21 and I suffer from PCOS and because of this I had crazy periods so in 2018 I got Liletta (IUD) however this past August I removed it because, although my periods were pretty much nonexistent, the pain I suffered every month was beyond normal PMS. My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years and have never used protection (keep your judgments to yourself, I get checked regularly and our relationship was built on trust) on October 21st, he didn’t pull out and I was supposed to get my period on November 11th. It’s now the 15th and I still haven’t gotten my period but every time I take a pregnancy test it comes back negative. I’ve even taken a digital one. My last test was taken on the 13th. I’m aware that a side effect of PCOS is infertility but my period is normally always on time, especially after removing my IUD. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? Should I be concerned? Am I being too paranoid?
