TTC period and contraception advise/journeys

So cut a long story as short as I can

I have pcos it’s not been looked into for years I was diagnosed at 15 ( 15 years ago ) and never struggled to conceive only symptoms I have is excess hair growth irregular periods and weight goes up and down more than a yo-yo..

So 2013 I was on deposit injection but came off it as I piled so much weight on extremely fast

It then was decided that We’d try for baby number 4 or took 2 years I fell pregnant finally in 2015 my boy is now 5 and amazing

Soooo I went on to zelleta 75mg as contraception and have been on it since February 2016

In 2019 I missed 4 days of my pill and ended up pregnant after taking the morning after pill however it took effect after fertilising stage embryo stopped growing at 4 weeks

I was giving pills to help my body miscarry 😭

Fast forward to now..

I’ve been off my pill for 3 weeks

Periods are all over the place have been for years I think it’s down to the pcos never had ir checked properly and nurse never seems to concerned whenever I do bring it up

AF has show up very lightly today on cycle day 40 I was due on on the 6th November so I’m 10 days late and absolutely not pregnant

Anyone had similar but been successful conceiving?

Fingers crossed for next month I just don’t no when I’m ovulating I’m armed with tests this time and this will be the last baby if it’s to be 🥰
