Before I start, I just want to say this has been very therapeutic for me. Even if people aren’t reading or care about my updates, being able to say everything and keep a little blog about what has been going on is very helpful. Thank you to everyone who’s been following along.

Anyways…

So we did Clomid this cycle 100mg CD 3-7 and Dexamethasone 2mg CD 5-14. I had my first monitoring appointment after Clomid today on CD 10, and YALL! I had 4 follicles >17mm! Holy crap! And there were even a few 13s and 14s.

Unfortunately that meant we had to cancel this cycle (anymore than 3 we cancel).

But! I’m so happy that we found out Clomid works for me! We have tried Letrazole 2.5,5,and 7.5mg and I always stalled out except once we got a 19mm but that was a failed <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>.

When my doc scanned me she was like “WOAH!” Even my left side, which is notorious for being quiet had a 17mm!

So this is very bittersweet. It sucks our cycle was cancelled but I’d rather this than get another “it’s not working”.

Anyways, we shall await AF and we’ll likely do Clomid 50mg, no dexamethasone and maybe have a Christmas miracle 💕🥰
