Baby #2 help!!! Positive OPK

Madison

Help!!! I was diagnosed with PCOS two years ago so my cycles are long 60days +. It took a year to get pregnant with my daughter and I got pregnant on the first cycle with letrozole. I am currently on day 59 of my cycle and I’ve been crampy all day so I took a pregnancy test and an opk. My opk came up blazing positive. My problem is that I have an appointment in exactly 7 days to start my first cycle of letrozole for baby #2. I don’t know if I should try and wait an extra two weeks to start the letrozole, which I really don’t want to wait. I am not sure if blood HCG could be detected that early at 7dpo. Or I should not try and start meds to force a period the day of my appointment in 7 days. I could use some opinions please!!!
