HSG (Hysterosalpingography) procedure

Have any of your ladies done this procedure, if so could you tell me your experience? Also if you haven’t had a period for months/years, did they still do this exam? Thank you! I haven’t had my cycle since august, I’m not pregnant, my gyno checked and they scheduled the procedure but I realized that they would prefer you do this exam 8,9 or 10 after your period. I’m not getting the procedure at their facility and I’ll be calling the imaging center tomorrow to ask if they will still let me!! TIA 🥰
