Questions and frustrated

So according to the app we bd in peak times. Question: Can running a fever for 24 hours 2 days before your period cause it to come later? Frustration: My period is due today but there were no signs of starting. I usually spot the first couple days and then flow begins. My sense of smell, I feel, has been super sensitive. The smell of sour cream for tacos was very off putting to where I didn’t eat any. I’m nauseous and hungry when I get up I’m the morning, which I am never hungry first thing. I also feel like there is stretching going on in my hips. I tested this morning and it was negative. I am never late on my period. There have been a handful of times my whole life. Thoughts would be very much appreciated.
