Be says he's into me but it doesn't feel like it

Hey everyone. I'd like your opinion please.

So i met this guy on tinder and we've went on 1 meet up and 2 dates. We've kissed a couple times on the meetup but not on the dates

I'm getting the feeling that he's not into me that much because he doesn't really text first, and he often leaves me on read. Tbh it really irks me when people does this I can't help but find it rude when it happens regularly.

On our second date we went bowling but unfortunately it was cut short as they didn't have anymore time for us. Rather than wanting to find something else for us to do or play arcade games, he decided he thought it was time to drop me home. Also its still awkward in person, he doesn't talk much unless he's drinking or weirdly driving, and so I feel like I'm doing all the talking. But then both dates were his idea so idk

Does he even like me? Because I like him but I can't keep being the only one putting in the work to see if this could become a relationship.
