Does lightning crotch mean earlier labor?

I remember with my first pregnancy I only got it towards the very end around 38-39 weeks. And with this pregnancy I’ve been having it and I’m 29 weeks. Did any other mommas have it and have your baby early??

I had lightning crotch from the beginning of the second trimester to the end of pregnancy with both babies. I was induced at the end of my pregnancy both times.
