How to shake this feeling

I got invited to hangout with a bunch of friends and their friends. I really want to go, but at the same time I’m dreading going and don’t want to. I’d rather stay home alone, but I’m also worried I’ll regret not going and having fun during these years in my life 😢

I cancel plans so often, I shouldn’t keep doing it, but I hate this feeling of dread when it comes to things like this
