Can I use a heating pad on my c section incision??

Yes I had mine while in the hospital they gave me ice then I would alternate once I got too cold. Once itnwas healed I been using silicone scar strips and K tape to help circulation

I’d check with your doctor. Generally heat is not good as it can cause swelling and more bleeding.
