Outtings with baby

How do you guys grocery shop and eat out ? Or go to stores like clothing shoes etc .. I barely go out bc with the pandemic I didn't want to take baby out of carrier if she cries etc .. we went to Kohl's once and she cried the whole time and we had to rush and leave .. mind you we went to the bathroom to feed and change her but she wanted to be carried.. so anyway how do you all eat out, what jf the baby cries what do you do? It's been hard figuring it out and it's even harder doing so in a pandemic where u gotta worry about germs agh
