Stupid question

This is absolutely ridiculous but please bare with me.

I was over at a friends house and they have a cat and dog anyways the cat had something wrong with its butt so it had special cream on it but the dog ( which is super annoying) likes to lick the cream off the cat. Anyways that’s happened than the dog came over and was gave my hand a kiss. Now me being the dumbass I am I didn’t get up right away to wash my hands and got to talking with my friends than had a snack at their house. So now I’m worried that from the kiss on the hand and me eating it crossed over the placenta and caused permanent damage to the baby
