Need advice

So i like this guy and we've sorta been getting to know eachother. And i say sort of because we haven't gone out on any dates.

The main reason for that is he has 2 jobs and i do work 40 hours weeks so hours schedules are all over the place.

Of course i prefer a hardworking man over one who does nothing all day, but he never really has time for me which i completely understand.

I'm just honestly questioning if this will work because of the lack of time. We're both out of highschool and he's working to get his own apartment which im really proud of him for, it just seems now is not the time for us.

How do I handle this? I really like him but i don't want to get attached especially if there's no time for us to hangout.

How would you talk to him about this?

I like but because of the lack of time, it seems like we're getting nowhere.
