Am I being dramatic for being a little upset about this?

I am 17 weeks pregnant so hormones are a little high right now and I want to know if I’m overreacting.

I also am currently a stay at home mom to our 1 year old and use money in savings at times. So my boyfriend went to the gas station tonight and while he pumped gas, I went to get a small snack and drink. I bought him snacks and a drink too. Then after, we were driving around and he said he was hungry. So I paid for dinner for us. I ordered it online and when we got to the restaurant, I was trying to give it a second to build up the energy to get up to go in (I have really low iron levels and our 1 year old won’t sleep well so I’ve been so drained lol). He just rolled his eyes and sighed and was like “Of COURSE your legs don’t work”. So I immediately just responded with “well don’t worry, they won’t be working later either” and then he ended up going inside to grab the stuff. I was kind of hurt by it because I thought I was doing something really good by buying stuff for us even tho I’m not working. He knew I was still upset when he got back because he was like “I was just fucking with you”.

I’m not like super mad or anything, I guess I just feel like he spit in my face basically when I was trying to do something nice.
