White on condom??

I’ve had similar things to this before, so sorry if it’s obvious but I wanted peace of mind!

I’ve just had (amazing) sex with my boyfriend, we used a condom but he came inside me. We are always very careful, and I purposely check the condom for any breaks after sex, and also fill it up with water afterwards to double check. When we finished today, the condom was right at the base of my boyfriend’s penis, but there were also big white globs on the outside, and all over my vagina. I’m sure it’s just from me/my cm but it was white, thick and quite stretchy which threw me off a bit! Just want to check if this is normal! Thanks :)
