I'm feeling really frustrated

I don't drive due to medical reasons (I wish I could). I'v been with my fiance for 3 years we have an amazing relationship but he has a learner's licence for a bike if he did. Get is full license he can take a passenger on his bike, but due to medical reasons I can't ride with him,

On his weekends we mostly say together but some weekends he random goes off, gets on his bike and says his off visiting people, or going some places, some of them if wouldnt mind catching up with myself. Once he comes back he talks about them and what they been doing.

I know that he needs is own space away form me but where our time we could be going to peoples houses together or going to the beach, or taking a tip to somewhere.

He is refusing to get a car because it frecks him out to much (which I understand completely but I feel like I'm stuck at home for most of the time while he is of galavanting
