Annoying?

My boyfriend has BARELY spent any time with me this weekend. No affection - kisses, hugs, cuddles, not even sex. So tonight, he randomly tried having sex in the shower but I was annoyed and said that since we haven’t all weekend, even tho I’ve tried & got hella rejected, and he only wants it super late at night that I wasn’t in the mood.  But when we got out, I was telling him I wanted to spend time with him before he goes to bed so he pulled me over to lay on him. Lasted all of 2 minutes before he tries to start fingering me 😑 I pulled away, but didn’t say anything, and he rubbed my back for a few more minutes and starts trying to finger me again. I got upset and said I wanted to spend time with him, not have sex. He said “I thought you wanted it” and now he’s crying saying he “can’t do anything right” ???

Maybe he’s going thru something . I wouldn’t skip right to him cheating or anything - not that you are - just saying . Idk . Maybe try talking to him about it

It sounds like you two need to communicate a lot better- you need to be clearer about your needs. 
He probably didn't understand you were upset or what you wanted, and before when you wanted more affection, perhaps you should have said so, instead of just becoming angry that he didn't want what you wanted at whatever time you wanted it- because yeah that's actually fairly irrational, he didn't even know you wanted more hugs or sex sooner or anything. It seems based in some form of attachment injury from your past to me, like perhaps you feel abandoned if he's not giving you the attention you want? But if you don't say anything, he can't know. 
It's also always okay to turn down touch you do not want, but it also seems like you were confusing him by not saying you want another type of attention, not sexual attention. You did eventually say it though, which is good.
But this entire thing could be prevented most likely, where you get upset and feel resentful and so want to push him away because you felt pushed away- if you just could learn to voice feelings, needs and concerns sooner. 
I've been getting better at this, myself- I have avoidant attachment style and am prone to pushing people away for my perception they hate me or are rejecting me or will- even if they absolutely clearly are not 🙃 so I am learning to talk about things and voice my feelings way before they snowball- usually into an almost breakup!
