16 weeks swelling after sex

I've never had this issue during pregnancy before..but I'm on my third pregnancy, and after sex my vagina is swollen and has a really heavy feeling. Very sore. But no bleeding.

Feels like it's going to fall off or something lol. Has anyone else had this???
