Stressing Out

Our second IUI was supposed to take place coming Saturday. I'm on CD 12 today and took Gonal F on CD 3 followed by Letrozol 2.5mg twice a day for CD3 to CD7. On CD8 there were 3 follicles on the left (13,12,11) and 1 on the right (11). I had Menopur 75iu on CD9, 10 and 11. On CD 11 I had cramping on the left side and today when I went in for a scan the follicles had grown very marginally Left (16,14,12) and Right (11). My doc had me take Ovidrell today and wants to do a double IUI tomorrow and day after. Not sure what to make of all this. Is it worth going ahead with the IUI?
