Hopeful story?

I am grasping at straws hoping someone has had a similar situation and is pregnant. After my ectopic, my left fallopian tube was removed. We just went for our first follicle scan to schedule IUI and I had 3 good follicles on my right but I had 2 more mature ones on my left. They said I won’t be able to get pregnant this month due to the left one likely to drop when I ovulate. They won’t do an IUI this month either. I’m just sad.

Anyone else have experience with this?
