30weeks. Discharge or spotting? HELP

So I am 30 weeks & 2 days & today I have been noticing this bloody tinge marks in my undies. Usually I have typical white discharge so this is very out the ordinary for me. I have not shaved and I don’t have sex (me & bd split) so I don’t understand where it’s coming from. It’s not much but I’ve noticed that there is more marks compared to earlier but when I wipe it’s not on the toilet paper. I did run after my 2 year old son earlier and was in pain afterwards but it didn’t appear til hours later. Any ideas as to what it may be?
