Anyone experience something similar ?

So I had a uti a couple weeks ago, which I have no clue really how I got as I faithfully shower after each time I have sex. (I high key think it was from my lack of water intake) Anyways I haven’t had one in yearssss, I went to the ER got antibiotics, after I finished the antibiotics and felt better I had sex and like 14 hours later I experienced burning again and frequent peeing, now the burning stopped THAT SAME NIGHT! Like it was weird. I felt fine again, but whenever I peed it felt like my vagina was contracting?!?! Idk how to explain, like you know the feeling when your on your period yeah that’s how I felt, anyways waited a few days had sex again and was fine. Figured the weird contracting feeling was cause my period was days away, well anyways my period is now late. My entire back hurts entirely so bad, my boobs physically hurt which a pms symptom I’ll get is sore nipples not my entire side boob/ whole boob. Sleeping is hard cause my back I can’t get comfortable, that really only hurts when I go to relax. I have a thyroid problem but I’m on regular meds and been regular for a while. I had sex yesterday morning and last night burning again for like 2 hours now it just feels like it’s contracting again… I was cramping the other day when I was due for my period which I really thought it was going to come but it hasn’t and the cramping was only in the mornings which now it’s fully gone. and like I don’t know what to do. Is it worth testing? Like has anyone experienced something similar? .basically it still feels like my vagina is contracting and annoying body aches. Idk none of it seems like actual pregnancy signs besides my boobs hurting lol, that’s why I haven’t tested. (That I KNOW OF,I tried googling and none of this popped up) Basically what I’m asking is there Anyone with a similar experience? I just never experienced this before.

Yes I’m going to go dr just have to wait for insurance to kick in..
