Being single for a while

Yesterday was thanksgiving also his birthday and we got to spend time with my side of the family which was awesome. Except the part where his phone kept going off and he kept checking it. Even when we came back it kept going off, and I had to admit I was pretty annoyed with it but I try to pick my battles and just let it go. I asked if he wouldn’t mind spending time with me since he claimed he was just getting Facebook notifications about people wishing him happy birthday, and I also added to that Im sure those people wouldn’t mind if he responded in the morning. He snapped at me and said, “ well I’m a good person.” Almost as if to snap at me and tell me I’m a horrible person for requesting that he spend time with me.

I get it if it was so important but idk.

I even posted happy birthday on his timeline, and he didn’t respond to that the same day. So.. whats so important that you had a crap ton of notifications, and snapped at me for no reason?.
