Period - Help?!

Currently recovering from cancer treatments 4 months in remission. While on treatment I was told my period would be off. Like there are times where I won’t even have it. Lucky for me even while on treatment I still had my periods. Although my flow would be everywhere where I’d have a normal cycle or a heavy cycle that prolonged for more than 5 days. It’s going on 2 months that I supposedly delay. Today and yesterday I noticed that when I wipe there’s blood but there is no initial sign when I use the bathroom. No flow either. I’m curious to know if this was due to me playing with my dildo during my shower yesterday after months of not caring and having the energy to do so while battling cancer. Or is this a sign that my period is finally coming?
