Intense separation anxiety at 3yo

My daughter just started having intense separation anxiety at 3 years old. The thing is, I don’t go anywhere. I’m always home. My husband and I both work from home, but she has suddenly started hysterically screaming & crying for me, especially after nap time and before bed time. She only wants ME. She says things like….

“Mama I can’t let you go. I can NEVER let you do anything because I want you to play with me all day. I can’t let you leave me.”

As my husband is putting her to bed now, I hear, “I really miss my mama!!! I can’t stop crying! Just let me cry! I can’t breathe dada. I miss my mama. I miss my mama. I miss my mama, dada.”

All day long is mama, mama, mama. She is SO attached and having separation anxiety when I haven’t even left the house. I don’t know what to do. Is this normal for her age or is it something more?
