Newborn-6month must haves?

Pregnant with my first, it is a boy.  I'm just trying to get my registry set up with things we'll need and have no clue what we will really need.. so share your favorites please!

Outside of basics? Somewhere to put the baby down like a swing or bouncy chair! You'd be surprised how many times I used a bouncy chair or swing Judy yo have somewhere to put my baby while we ate dinner, sat outside, make meals, etc.
