Pain along c section scar

Any idea what this could be? Photo taken yesterday.

It’s not itchy but painful from friction of my pants and underwear. I do my best to wear high waisted but my belly flap hangs over it.

Is this infection? Ingrown hair? Seems to be that I’ve got two spots. The bottom one appears to be more like a pimple now today but the top one being along my incision worries me. I gave birth over two years ago.
