First time mama please help: Prenatal vitamins
I am taking Walgreens brand prenatals. I moved and misplaced the initial ones I was taking. I just recently found the initial bottle and I am continuing to take both swapping them out every other day. Is this harmful for the baby. One focus on dha spine and brain development the other just states prenatal with folic acid.
