Cystic Acne and Pregnancy

Hey lovelies. I know that salicylic acid isn’t safe for pregnancy, but I have read some sources that say you can use low percentages once a day.

I have awful cystic acne and my 8 week appointment isn’t for 3 more weeks. The only thing that works for me is salicylic acid/benzoyl peroxide. Does anyone know if I can use the Mario Badescu drying solution in small amounts on just the largest of my pimples? It has salicylic acid but doesn’t list its percentage.

I obviously don’t want to hurt my baby but I also don’t want my face to hurt like this. We had a miscarriage in May and I’m paranoid of doing anything to jeopardize this pregnancy.
