3 Days late!

Hey girls, so I am currently 3 days late from my period. I am never this late as I keep track on eve and it’s accurate. My boobs started to hurt the day before I was suppose to start my period, I’ve been feeling super tired these past few days even with plenty of sleep, and this morning I just started to feel very light cramping but still NO period😩 Is it possible that I can take a pregnancy test this early? I have a 22 month old right now and I didn’t have any signs except that I missed a week of my period. My husband and I have been trying for another baby since April and I have not gotten pregnant at all. I am really hoping that I am this time since it’s different than normal.
