Cervical length- has anyone else had this happen?

I posted yesterday about cervical length being 2.8cm at my anatomy scan Monday

Another doctor agreed I be monitored. Meanwhile I went to L&D today as the pressure was just really bad and painful.

They found my cervix today is actually 3.5 cm.

I took a progesterone vaginal suppository this morning only so I doubt it would cause that much of a change.

L&D said it was likely positioning and my bladder that led to the first scan reading 2.8

Has anyone had this happen????

They said I didn’t need to keep taking progesterone but at this point it’s my safety blanket and I might stay on it until my 4 months worth supply runs out
