Frequent “Gush” feeling

First time poster. Hoping i can get some type of insight. Im 39 weeks today and since last week i have been feeling small “gushes” come out. Went to my Doc Tuesday, she tested me to make sure its not my amniotic fluid and its not. I know it cannot be my bladder because i can tell the difference and its clear rather than yellow when i urinate. This is my 3rd baby and i have never experienced this but its driving me crazy thinking my water is breaking 😩anyone ever experience this?
