Empty Gestational Sac

Currently 10 weeks pregnant.

Had an dating scan ultrasound yesterday for the 2nd time as the first time they couldn’t see baby due to being too early.

Unfortunately they still couldn’t see baby yesterday. I haven’t had any bleeding. My cramps has stopped but comes and goes every couple of days here and there. My boobs doesn’t hurt as much as it did earlier on the pregnancy.

Has anyone been in this position, but seen baby after a week or so?

I got told that it’s an unexpected miscarriage. Does that mean I have to go through the process of going to the hospital and the miscarriage process?

If so, what happened? What did you do? How did you feel? So many questions.

I’m so sad right now and I just don’t know what to do.
