Anyone else? Please help.

So my baby’s hands and feet are always super cold, I always keep them covered to make sure they stay warm but at his 2 month check up the other day the drs were freaking out about it because his skin was also mottled looking and they found a heart murmur. They never told me he was okay or going to be okay or anything, just told me to call them if he starts turning blue or purple….. has anyone dealt with skin looking mottled, super cold hands and feet or a heart murmur? I’m now extremely freaking out.
