Round ligament pain??

Hey girls, I’m 12 weeks 2 days

I have been getting round ligament pain where it’s a sharp stabbing pain that only lasts a brief few moments when I turn over in bed or reach for something .. but also for the past couple of days I’ve been having this dull pain on and off all day in my lower back and lower right abdomen , it’s only very very mild but I can still feel it , do you think that could also be rlp or something else? Sometimes I also get a pain that feels like a stitch in the middle of my right or left abdomen near my belly button and don’t know what that is either .. anyone?
