I would take out my iPhone snap some evidence call my lawyer get all my paperwork done and 1.have full custody of my son 2. Keep our family house, two cars and our dog and 3 file for pain and suffering

I would probably leave for a few hours, then come home when she's gone, pack my things and leave. Though we rent, not own, and I don't care for any of the furniture. I would prefer a clean split. He knows he did something completely unforgivable. Not worth the tears in that situation :-)
