First pick I was 265 second pic 258, I am down 7 pounds can you tell any difference? Personally I can’t.

I can’t see a difference, but so what?! Good for you. Think about it this way. 7 lbs might sound like a lot and for some people it might show visible results quickly, but for you it was about 2% of your body weight. That’s not going to be a big visual difference on your frame. But that doesn’t mean it’s not an accomplishment!
