Medicine tampered?

Just bought this today and as I’m opening it, the plastic seal was on it but it was leaking a little, I opened it and the top that’s supposed to be child proof fell right off it wasn’t screwed on right. Is it still safe to use? I’m feeling kind of hesitant now

Throw it out. This isn't medicine anyway because it's homeopathic. 
Homeopathy believes that diluting a substance to the point it's undetectable can cure or treat things. It can't. At best these products do nothing and at worst, as with hylands in recent years, can cause actually toxicity due to improper preparation.

I wouldn't use it. I'd return it to the store and buy another one. It's not worth the risk

I would take it back for a refund and buy an actual medication if one is necessary. Do yourself a favor and check out exactly what homeopathy is and then don’t use it.
