Postpartum period
I’m currently only 6 weeks postpartum and I got my period yesterday morning and it has been extremely heavy with small clots. I’m exclusively breastfeeding and I thought that it wasn’t common to have a full period when breastfeeding especially this early postpartum. Is anyone else experiencing this? It’s really heavy much heavier than my cycle before pregnancy I have been soaking overnight stay free pads like every 2-3 hours.
