Should I just wait till Tuesday?

I got appointment on Tuesday but I’m in a lot of pain down there it’s very sore when I wipe and it’s just seems to be raw I’m 13 weeks pregnant as well I also accidentally got baby oil in my privates I assume my boyfriend got some on his privates and when he slip it in it went inside of me no we was not using it as lube baby oil was just over my body what can I do to stop the pain or something I’m unsure should I call my doctor or something I have no idea.
