Recently had miscarriage

I just recently had miscarriage we already have 4 kids and I'm 41 and wasn't trying or anything plus my husband pulls out which I know theres still a chance to getting pregnant and now I've been feeling better my husband wanted to get busy and I was super horny too but I could tell I'm ovulating so I looked on app and I was on my highest day for fertility so I told my husband but he said he will be careful and I said we are still taking a big chance, pulling out doesn't always guarantee so of course I gave in and what's even crazier we did it again later on in the day for even longer it was just too good. Now I have to wait till my next period to see if anything happened. Has anyone else gone through this? I'm so torn on getting pregnant cause of my age.
