Random grocery safety question
We got our groceries delivered at 6:10am. My phone didn’t go off so I didn’t get them inside until 6:40. It was 44*F outside. The meat was still cold (ground beef and shrimp). It wasn’t super cold, but cool to the touch if that makes sense. Do you think it’s still okay? Thanks!
