Teenage boy and FOOT ODOR

Guys I'm at a loss. My entire apartment smells like my 15 year olds feet! He has these combat boots he loves and wears everywhere but for some reason this boy hates wearing socks! Like for real hates it! He doesn't wear socks and those shoes and his feet stink SOOOOOOO BAD! And idk what to dooooo. He's not bothered at all by it but I don't like my apartment smelling like nasty feet.
