Confused

So my husband and I have been TTC but we had gotten into a really bad fight the other night. Now, I'm not so sure if a little one is right to try for at this time. I'm one week away from my period, but I'm scared I'm already expecting. Only symptoms are tired, head aches, insomnia and sore nipples. Any advice would be great. Thank you.
