How to get infant to stop biting

My daughter is 1 1/2 year old and the past few weeks she’s gotten really bad about biting. She’s been me and my husband a few times, but it’s my 5 year old son who she bites the most. I’ve tried to get her to stop. They’ll be playing and she literally climbs on him whenever he’s sitting on the floor and then she bites him. And whenever he either gets up and walks away or if I get her to try get her to stop then she starts crying hysterically. How do I get her to stop biting? Does anyone have any recommendations?
