Anyone else SO suck at gifts??

I love my husband I really do. And he tries so hard. But his gift giving is terrible lol. 
I give him ideas alllllll the time on what he could get me for Christmas. Stuff I actually want and wouldn't buy for myself. 
Well I recently went to a friend's house to make some cookies and when I came home I told him how she has one of those stand mixers that made it super easy so it went a lot quicker than expected! So now all of a sudden he thinks I want a stand mixer 🤦‍♀️ I never said anything about wanting one lol. I wouldn't even use the thing! I don't really bake and he knows this. But he is apparently dead set on getting me a stand mixer now.
Y'all 😂 I swear. I obviously have told him several times I don't want a mixer. This was suppose to be funny and light weight but 🥴 so yes I have told him I don't want a mixer, I'd never use it lol. But he's still insisting I need one. Which if he does get me one it's whatever. He tries and I love that about him. It's the thought that matters for me. I just think it's funny that guys are like him. I send screen shots to him of what I want so he knows very well. I don't care for Amazon so I wouldn't make a wishlist on there. But I'll definitely have to be more creative next year. All though I'm sure he will still get me something so totally random lol.

One year I told my husband I wanted a cute little petite necklace with our boys initials or birth stones. I sent him links and pictures text, email, and Facebook and what did he get me?? 
One of those cheap foot scrubbing kits from walmart lmao 🤣 since then we have decided we will either buy our own gifts or buy one big present for the both of us like for the house.

Get him a baking recipes book and wrap it for him. So when you open the mixer and he opens his cookboom you can tell him he can borrow your mixer to bake you stuff from the cookbook you got him. Seriously, itll be hilarious.

At least he wants to get you something decent! I tell my husband something and he gets me a bunch of cheap garbage stuff like cabin socks from amazon the fell apart in the wash, candles from the grocery store, Epsom salt (which he used all of btw). I had been asking him for a carharrt coat for years for my bday, anniversary, Christmas and this year I finally told him that I was just going to buy it becuase he won't. So he bought it lol. And now for Christmas he's telling me all of the things he's buying to make sure they are what I want 😂 he said he's trying to make up for years of shitty gifts and claims he just never remembers what I said I want. Also we do secret Santa for both of our families and has bought everything from my wishlists for those so I definitely know things will be getting returned. 
Make him a wishlist to follow and tell him not to stray from it 🤷‍♀️
