Period a week after morning after pill

Hie ladies!

So about two weeks back i took the morning after pills. Then a week later i had a period. This period was the second one in one month (November).

But Now i've started bleeding again 11days before my next period. And this is just a week apart from the second period of last month.

I'm cramping too. Could it be a side EFFECT from the morning after pills or it Could be something else that Could be a call for concern??
