Going back to work-need advice

Hi ladies! I was just hoping for some input. I'm going back to work in January and am going to leave my son with family/close family friends. I'm preparing to have conversations with everyone explaining what to expect and what my son needs...Do you have any advice, or, what are some things that you wish you'd told your childcare provider ahead of time but didn't think about??? TIA!!
